We're two friends from the Bay Area who got tired of watching automatic car washes chew up good paint. So we learned to do it properly by hand, practised on our own cars until we stopped making mistakes, and started taking work.
We're honest about what a wash can and can't fix. Some things on your paint need a clay bar and a decontamination pass, not more scrubbing — and if that's what your car needs, we'll tell you rather than hand it back and hope you don't notice.
